Late Arrival Policy:
If you arrive late for your appointment, you are still responsible for full payment of the treatment originally booked, even though I may not be able to give you the full treatment time.
Cancellation Policy:
I request a minimum of 12 hours notice for appointment cancellations. 50% of the service fee will be charged for missed appointments or those cancelled without sufficient notice.
